OVERVIEW
Welcome to Core Forge. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Core Forge, operated by Kyle Stokes trading as Core Forge.
Core Forge operates this website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through it (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the policies referred to within them, explain the terms that apply when you access our website or purchase products from Core Forge.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services or placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
When using our Services or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, payment information and delivery address.
You agree that information you provide to us will be accurate, current and complete.
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours and other information displayed on our store are accurate.
However, the appearance and colour of products may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors.
Product descriptions, availability and specifications may be updated from time to time.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit their availability where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to applicable consumer law.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order through Core Forge, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained in your order.
Receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will endeavour to notify you using the contact information provided when the order was placed and, where applicable, arrange a refund.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@core-forge.co.uk. We will try to accommodate your request, but this may not always be possible once processing or fulfilment has begun.
Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.
Returns, cancellations and refunds are also subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our store are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to the correction of obvious pricing errors.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering process before you complete your purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We may change product prices, discounts and promotions from time to time. Changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.
Where VAT or other applicable taxes are required to be charged, prices displayed to consumers will include those taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe provided on our store or during the ordering process.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate deliveries.
If your order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@core-forge.co.uk so we can investigate.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content available through the Core Forge website, including our branding, logos, text, graphics, website design, photographs, videos and other content owned or licensed by us, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use our website for your personal, non-commercial use.
Unless permitted by law or authorised by us, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected Core Forge content without prior permission.
Core Forge names, logos, designs and slogans belonging to us may not be used without our permission.
Shopify's names, logos and other intellectual property belong to Shopify or its licensors.
Other trademarks appearing on the Services remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, applications or services supplied by third parties.
We do not necessarily control these third-party services and their use may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
You should review the applicable terms before using a third-party service.
We may introduce new features, tools or services in the future, which may also be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
If you follow a third-party link, you should review that provider's terms and privacy information before providing personal information or completing a transaction.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Core Forge is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make through our Store are made directly with Core Forge.
Shopify is not the seller of the Core Forge products you purchase from our Store. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the fulfilment of your order or for claims arising specifically from products sold to you by Core Forge.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our store is hosted by Shopify and Shopify processes certain personal information in connection with your use of our store and the provision of its services.
We may also use third-party service providers to operate our store, process payments, fulfil orders, provide delivery services, communicate with customers and perform other business functions.

SECTION 11 — REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, feedback or other content to Core Forge, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
You must not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights, or that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading or contains malicious software.
Where you submit a review or other content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for purposes connected with operating, promoting and improving Core Forge, subject to applicable law.
We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 12 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to matters such as product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery charges, delivery estimates or availability.
We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and update information.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and, where appropriate, give you the opportunity to confirm or cancel the affected order.

Provisions which by their nature are intended to continue after termination will remain in effect.

We do not guarantee that access to our website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you retain your statutory rights regarding the products you purchase from Core Forge.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

If you use products purchased from Core Forge for business or commercial purposes, additional limitations may apply to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
SECTION 18 — YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for using our Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
You may be responsible for losses reasonably incurred by us as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Services or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not immediately enforce a right available to us under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
These Terms, together with the policies referred to within them and any other terms presented to you as part of your purchase, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our consent where such consent is reasonably required.
We may transfer our rights or obligations where permitted by law, provided that doing so does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms and any contract between you and Core Forge are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable in your place of residence.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have to bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

The current version of these Terms will be available through our website.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or legal requirements.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively remove statutory rights relating to orders already placed.
