We want you to be satisfied with your Core Forge purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us before sending anything back.
Changing Your Mind
For eligible online purchases, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under UK consumer law.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, the goods should be returned in accordance with the return instructions we provide.
Return Condition
Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. Where applicable, products should be returned with their original packaging, accessories and components.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
